Auto Debited From Hailuo AI: Image & Video Maker

I recently discovered an unauthorized transaction related to the Hailuo AI: Image & Video Maker subscription through Google Play and I am requesting a full refund. On 2 October 2026 at 20:32, an amount of NGN 15,500.00 was auto debited from my Nigerian bank account via Google Play, even though I did not personally authorize or knowingly approve this payment. Later, I saw an email from Google Play confirming a subscription for “Hailuo AI: Image&Video Maker” with order number GPA.3380-9792-0199-94288 dated 30 September 2026. I did not knowingly start this subscription, and I only became aware of the charge when I received the SMS debit alert and the corresponding email. This situation is very concerning to me because the payment was taken without my clear consent. I am requesting that this transaction for NGN 15,500.00 be fully refunded and that the related Hailuo AI subscription be cancelled so that no further charges are taken from my account. I also ask that you review how this subscription was activated and ensure that my payment details are not charged again without my explicit authorization.
