H&M Fails to Respond After $160 in Unauthorized Charges

On February 3, 2026 at 12:38 AM, unauthorized online transactions were carried out using my Garanti Bank credit card without my knowledge. A total of approximately $160 USD was spent in three separate transactions through H&M, even though I did not place any order and I have no information about how or through which platform these orders were made. After noticing the situation, I immediately contacted both Garanti Bank and H&M customer service and reported that my card had been cloned and that these transactions were not made by me. While I received feedback from the bank, I have not yet received any response from H&M regarding these suspicious and unauthorized transactions. I request that all orders and transactions made with my cloned card through H&M without my knowledge be urgently canceled and refunded, and that the necessary support be provided to the bank’s investigation process. In addition, I expect H&M to implement 3D Secure security for online transactions, as is common on other online platforms, to help prevent such incidents from recurring and to protect customers’ card information.
