GuruDocs keeps charging monthly, how can I fully delete my account?

GuruDocs (also known as PDF Guru) keeps charging because subscriptions auto-renew until you actively cancel, even after a trial.

First, log in to your account and cancel from the billing or subscription section, because this is the only way to stop future payments; simply deleting the app or ignoring it won’t work.

If you can’t find the option or it doesn’t work, email their support at [email protected] and clearly request both “cancel subscription and delete my account/data” in the same message.

To fully delete your account, you usually must request it manually via support after canceling, since account removal isn’t always automatic with subscription cancellation.
