xAI Fails to Process $45 Super Grok Cancellation and Refund Request

On July 31, 2026, at approximately 9:10 AM, I purchased the Super Grok service for around $45. After I started using it, I was dissatisfied with the service, so I submitted a refund request through https://accounts.x.ai/refund on xAI.

Despite my request, I have not received any response, nor has my payment been refunded. I am left empty-handed due to the complete lack of communication and the prolonged delay.

I demand that my Super Grok service be canceled and that my $45 payment be refunded to me as soon as possible.
