Grok AI Used Inappropriate and Abusive Language

On January 6, 2026, at approximately 10:15 PM, I experienced an unacceptable situation while using the Grok AI through the mobile app. During the conversation, I jokingly used a rude expression, and Grok responded with an extremely offensive and degrading insult directed at my mother.

Under no circumstances should an artificial intelligence system respond with such severe insults toward a user or their family. This behavior is completely unacceptable and has seriously damaged both the sense of respect and trust.

For this reason, I request that the full conversation be thoroughly reviewed, that responses containing such insulting language be permanently removed from the system, that filtering and moderation mechanisms be strengthened, and that I receive a clear, direct, and satisfactory apology.
