Gotogate Charged a $71 Cancellation Fee After a Wrong Flight Redirect

I would like to share a problem I experienced while purchasing a round-trip flight ticket from Istanbul to Bali through Gotogate. Yesterday, I proceeded with what I believed was an available flight for March 4, 2027. However, when I opened the page for the flight I had selected, the system redirected me to a different itinerary without making this clear, and I did not notice it at the time. While the other pages showed the correct flight, this particular page redirected me to a different flight, resulting in a reservation that I did not intend to make.

My order number is 1149-787-013. I paid 63 units for the ticket associated with this reservation. After realizing what had happened, I had to cancel the reservation and was charged a high cancellation fee of approximately $36 per passenger, or about $71 in total for two passengers. I believe there was a clear redirection issue and a misleading user flow that caused me to make an unwanted reservation.

Therefore, I request a full refund of the flight cancellation fee that I believe was unfairly charged. This issue has caused me financial loss, and it has also seriously undermined my confidence in the company's reliability. I kindly request that the matter be investigated and that the cancellation fee be fully refunded to me.
