GoPay shows outage or error messages, how can I check and resolve it?

If GoPay shows an error or outage message, check the official GoPay status page or outage monitors like StatusGator or IsDown first to see if there is a documented service disruption or maintenance affecting payments.

These tools show you the status of services and parts in real time, which lets you see if the problem is general or just for you.

If you see errors even though the status page says there is no downtime, restart the GoPay/Gojek app, update it to the latest version, and make sure your internet is stable, since problems with your connection can cause errors.

If you still have issues, use Help/Contact Us in the app, call GoPay help, or email customer service with screenshots of the error so they can look into it.
