Locate My Funds!
On 23 April 2026 at around 10:35 pm, I made a payment of ₹1,999.99 to the 4rabet website using Google Pay. The payment appeared successful on my side and I was given the reference/transaction number 647936657*** but the amount was not credited to my 4rabet account and the receiver did not receive the funds. After waiting for the issue to be resolved, I contacted 4rabet support. About a month later, they replied that although the transaction looks successful on my side, their payment system has marked the deposit as “Failed” after verification, and they advised me to contact my bank to locate the funds. They also referred to ticket number SUP-1382079 in their response. As of now, the debited amount has not been refunded to me and I have not received any clear information about where my money is. I request that this payment be investigated urgently and that the full amount of ₹1,999.99 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, or that a clear written explanation be provided about the status and location of these funds.
