4rabet Missing ₹26,000 From Three Successful UPI Deposits

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding three deposit transactions I made to my 4rabet account, which have still not been credited to my gaming wallet despite more than 24 hours having passed.

I deposited a total of ₹26,000 from my State Bank of India account using Google Pay (GPay) while playing on the platform. The first transaction was ₹10,000 (UTR: 646817676755) paid to SRIRAM ENTERPRISES on April 12, 2026. The second transaction was ₹8,500 (UTR: 646899787344) paid to URRBANEST INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED on April 12, 2026. The third transaction was ₹7,500 (UTR: 882898591038) paid to Ali Ramshad (Paytm UPI) on April 13, 2026. All three payments are marked as SUCCESSFUL, and the amounts have been debited from my bank account, but none of them have been credited to my 4rabet gaming wallet.

After noticing that the deposits were missing, I contacted 4rabet customer support through the in-app chat and explained the situation. I was advised to wait 24 hours for the funds to be credited. However, even after waiting beyond that timeframe, the total ₹26,000 is still not reflected in my account, and the issue remains unresolved.

I request that these missing deposits (₹10,000, ₹8,500, and ₹7,500) be urgently traced and either credited to my 4rabet account or refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why these successful transactions were not reflected in my gaming wallet.
