Google Play Lidigo Unauthorized Charges and Refund Request

Despite not having any active subscriptions through Google Play, I have been charged without authorization by an app called Lidigo. A total of 197 TL was deducted from my bank card, including 42 TL on July 21 and 155 TL on August 31. I do not have a membership with this app or any subscription that I have approved.

I was not notified of these transactions, nor was my consent obtained for the charges made to my bank card ending in 7745. I also noticed from the SMS notifications sent by my bank that there were additional attempts to charge 314.99 TL if sufficient funds were available on my card. These charges and attempted transactions were made entirely without my knowledge or authorization.

I request that all unauthorized charges through the Lidigo app be stopped immediately, that the app be prevented from using my card details, and that the total amount of $4 charged to my account be refunded as soon as possible. Otherwise, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing complaints with my bank and the relevant official authorities.
