Goodnotes Not Displaying PDF Content on iPad 10th Gen – Pages Are Blank

I have been using Goodnotes for a few months without any issues, but today I encountered a serious problem. When I opened my notes, all pages appeared completely blank. The PDFs I previously imported and used without trouble are now showing as empty documents. I have tried reopening the app and checking different files, but nothing is visible.

I rely on Goodnotes for important work and study materials, so this issue is extremely frustrating. I need an urgent solution to restore my missing content. My device is an iPad 10th Generation.
