Unauthorized $17 Charge From iyzico/GoDaddy — No Purchase, Need Refund
On October 28, 2025, at around 1:00 p.m., an unauthorized charge of $17 was made on my credit card with the description “iyzico godaddy.com.” The last four digits of my card are 2869. I did not purchase any service related to this transaction, and no notification or product delivery ever occurred. I have never used my card on these websites before, nor do I have any memberships with them.
After the transaction, I contacted my bank and had my card canceled, but neither Iyzico nor GoDaddy customer service provided a solution. I have not received any invoice, receipt, or written explanation so far—only the alert message from my bank.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the amount be refunded to me.
