On January 31, 2026, I noticed a charge of $73 on my credit card under the name iyzico/GODADDY.com that was made without my knowledge or approval. Since my card security settings are enabled, I received a notification through my bank’s mobile app for the transaction, which is how I immediately became aware of it.
Normally, for online purchases, I receive a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to my mobile phone before a transaction is approved. However, for this transaction, I did not receive any verification code message. The charge does not belong to me, and I later learned that GoDaddy is a company providing website and domain services.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank, blocked my credit card, and filed a dispute for the transaction. I believe that my credit card may have been misused through iyzico by malicious third parties, and I do not accept any responsibility for this unauthorized transaction.
I cannot understand how this transaction was processed without even sending a verification code, and for this reason I am filing a complaint against iyzico. I request that iyzico conduct the necessary security checks, cancel this transaction, refund the $73 to me, and notify GoDaddy about this matter as well.
