GoDaddy Blocks Refund Request for Unused Web Hosting Plan

I accidentally purchased the “Web Hosting Economy” package through GoDaddy. As soon as I realized my mistake yesterday, I tried to cancel the order and request a refund, but I have not been able to start the refund process through the system in any way.

There is no live chat option or refund request feature visible in my account. I carefully read through the help pages, but due to the language barrier and the lack of a direct support channel for Turkey, I was unable to find a solution. I also tried the steps provided via SMS, but they did not work. Even though I have not used this service at all, I am unable to obtain a refund for the package I purchased by mistake.

I paid approximately $10, and I request that this transaction be canceled and that the amount I paid be refunded to me within 30 days at the latest. Because of the missing or non-functioning support and refund options in the system, I cannot resolve this issue on my own. I expect clear, understandable, and prompt assistance on this matter.
