Google Account Recovery Fails After Hacker Changes Details

I am writing regarding my Gmail account, which I used on my Android phone and which appears to have been hacked about two to three weeks ago. When I tried to log in again, I realized that the hacker had changed all of the account details, and I can no longer access it.

I attempted to recover my account using the “Forgot password” option and other recovery methods, but I am not receiving any verification codes via SMS or email through my recovery channels. As a result, I am completely locked out of my account.

Because my recovery options are not working, I have no way to secure the account or stop the hacker from using it. I live in Lahore, Pakistan, and I am requesting that my hacked Gmail account be urgently reviewed, secured, and my access restored. At a minimum, I ask that the hacker’s access be blocked so that my personal data can be protected.
