Gmail Account Recovery Loop After Phone Reset

I had three Gmail accounts on my phone, all linked to each other through recovery email addresses. After I reset my phone about six to seven months ago, I have not been able to access any of these Gmail accounts. I do not remember the passwords, and since the recovery emails are also these same Gmail addresses, I am stuck in a loop and cannot use them to recover my accounts. When I try to log in, I pass the phone number verification step and receive the code, but after that I am asked for the recovery email address and I cannot proceed because I no longer have access to those recovery emails. For this reason, I have completely lost access to all three Gmail accounts. I kindly request that access to my Gmail accounts be restored through an alternative identity verification method, such as ID verification or another secure manual review, so that I can safely regain control of my accounts.
