I have been playing Free Fire on my Android phone using my Gmail login, and I have a level 59 account with the in-game name “stylish zyroxpanthom” and UID 11359854555. My account was linked to the Gmail address “mmha***@gmail.com.” Until this afternoon, I was able to access and play on this account normally without any issues.
However, when I tried to log in again today, instead of opening my existing account, the game showed me the “create name” screen as if I were a new user. I have already created an account with this Gmail and reached level 59, but now the system is not recognizing my existing account and is asking me to start over.
This is very concerning, as I have invested a significant amount of time and progress into this account. I have not contacted support before regarding this issue, and I want my original account restored.
