I lost my Global Blue refund form after customs validation, how can I recover my claim info?

If you lost your Global Blue Tax Free refund form after customs validation, you can still recover your claim by tracking it with the unique Doc-ID number that was printed under the barcode on the form.

Enter that number in the Global Blue Refund Tracker on their site or app to see the current status.

If you don’t have the Doc-ID, contact Global Blue Customer Support through their official support form and include your passport name, purchase dates, store receipts and country of purchase so they can locate your claim.

If the form was digitally validated instead of stamped, that digital record should still allow tracking and refund processing without the physical paper.
