Getcontact Pro Purchase Failed but My Card Was Hit Twice

On May 6, 2026, I attempted to purchase a one-month Getcontact Pro membership on Android through Google Play, billed via my Türk Telekom invoice. However, the system processed the transaction twice simultaneously — charging approximately $1.30 twice within one minute, for a total of approximately $2.60. Despite this, no Pro features were activated on my account.
Since the transaction, I have reached out multiple times both through the app and via email to the support address on file, but I have been completely unable to reach anyone and have received no response whatsoever. Nearly 24 hours have passed since the issue occurred, and I have still been offered no solution — neither a refund nor activation of the Pro features.
Since I was charged twice for a monthly subscription and received no service in return, I am requesting a full refund of both charges. I would also like to make clear that if this issue is not resolved by June 8, 2026 at the latest, I will be filing a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office against those responsible at Getcontact.
