Getcontact Name Not Showing Correctly – How to Change Caller ID Name

I recently installed the Getcontact application and immediately purchased a Premium subscription for approximately 75–80 UAH today. My purpose in using the app is to make it so that when I call other people, they see me with the name that I set in my Getcontact profile. However, since the moment I logged into the application, I have not been able to see or change how my number is saved by others. I cannot find any section where this can be edited, and there is no “Other” or similar area where I could manage how my name appears. I also contacted your support team, but nothing has changed and I still cannot achieve the result I need. I request that you change the name associated with my number in your system so that when I call other users they see me exactly as I am named in my Getcontact profile settings, or that you clearly guide me step by step on how I can do this myself within the app.
