Getcontact Premium Not Working as Advertised — Names Show Only Initials Despite Active Subscription

About two weeks ago, I purchased a Getcontact Premium subscription directly through the app. Despite this, when I run a number search, full names do not appear — only initials are shown, with the rest hidden behind asterisks. In other words, I am not able to access the full search functionality that a Premium subscription is supposed to provide.
Despite reaching out to support multiple times through the app, I have received no response and the problem continues. I have paid for and appear as a Premium member, yet I am not receiving the service that was promised with that subscription.
I am therefore requesting either that full search functionality be restored and work properly under my Premium subscription, or that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid.
