Getcontact Ignored My Data Download Request for Over a Month — Even as a Premium Member

On April 14, 2026, I submitted a data download request through the Getcontact app. Over a month has passed and I have received no response whatsoever. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails asking why I had not heard back, not a single reply was sent — I have been completely unable to reach anyone.
I am a Premium Getcontact member, and the fact that even a straightforward request like this goes completely unanswered has left me both frustrated and genuinely wronged. I submitted this request from the email address I used when I first registered.
I am requesting that my data download request be fulfilled without any further delay, that the reason for this prolonged delay be explained to me, and that all of my data be sent to me in full immediately.
