I had previously deleted my Getcontact account. Today, I reinstalled the app on my Android device and logged in again using the same phone number. However, I noticed that none of my old or current tags appear in my account anymore.
I tried logging out and back in, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem still continues. I haven’t received any warning or error messages either.

I request that all of my past and current tags be restored to my account and ask for technical support to resolve this issue.
