Gesmoda Dress Price Changes, Wrong Size Sold And Refund Refused

I purchased a dress from a Gesmoda store yesterday for ₺3,200. The store employee told me that my own size was not available, so I had to buy one size larger than I normally wear. However, later that same day, I found the exact same dress in my correct size on online platforms—and at a much more affordable price. What is even more concerning is what happened after I shared this price difference: the online price of the same product changed several times within a very short period. It was initially around ₺2,200, then updated to ₺4,000, and finally raised to ₺6,049. I have screenshots of all these sudden price changes and can provide them if needed. Despite these inconsistencies, the store offered no fair solution. They repeatedly told me they do not accept returns and said they could send the correct size only if I paid the shipping cost. They provided no solution regarding the price difference, the fact that the correct size was actually available online, or the rapid and inconsistent price changes. Moreover, when I stated that I could report the situation to the legal authorities, the store then informed me that “no size changes would be made until a legal result is issued,” effectively stopping the process entirely. This attitude blocks consumer rights and is far from any constructive resolution. I have the invoice/receipt for my purchase and can provide it when needed. As a consumer, my expectation is very clear and reasonable: either I want to return the product and receive a full refund of the ₺3,200 I paid, or I want to receive the dress in my correct size at the first online price I saw, with the difference refunded to me. I do not find it fair that I am being penalized for the lack of price transparency and the way prices were changed. I am sharing this experience so that other consumers do not face a similar situation, and I kindly request that my issue be resolved in line with my expectations.
