Geosite GPS Charging for Unwanted Subscription Without Response
I am writing regarding a problem with a GEOSITE GPS subscription in Belgium that I do not want. On 23 May, I realized that I was being charged €39.90 for a subscription that I never intended to keep and that I do not wish to use. Despite this, the amount of €39.90 continues to be debited as a subscription. I tried to contact GEOSITE customer service about this situation, but I have not received any response so far, which leaves the issue completely unresolved. I request the cancellation of this unwanted subscription and a full refund of the amounts of €39.90 that have already been debited in this context. I expect this situation to be clarified and resolved as soon as possible and to receive clear confirmation regarding the cancellation and refund.
