In October 2023, I used a one-month trial through Geofınd-Ru Elektronik. Since then, without my approval or knowledge, I discovered that $10 was being withdrawn from my card every month. These transactions show up in my card activity under the name “Geofınd-Ru Elektronik.”
When I realized what was happening, I immediately contacted my bank and filed a dispute. However, my bank said they could only refund the last six months of charges; they couldn’t take any action regarding the earlier withdrawals. I canceled my card, and no further charges are being made.
I am requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges made by Geofınd-Ru without my permission or consent. Otherwise, I will file a claim with the Consumer Rights Court and pursue my legal rights.
