I Face Unauthorized Charges from Geofind-RU on My İş Bank Credit Card
On November 6, I noticed that Geofind-RU charged ₺20 to my İş Bank credit card without my knowledge or consent. The next day, November 7, an even larger amount of ₺449 was withdrawn again without my authorization. I never approved these transactions, and I was shocked to see them appear on my statement.
I have no active subscription with this service, and I certainly did not agree to recurring or hidden charges. This situation makes me feel unsafe using my own bank card, and I worry that the withdrawals may continue if I do not take immediate action. I also discovered that I am not the only person experiencing this issue, which suggests that Geofind-RU may be engaging in deceptive practices.
I urgently request that all unauthorized charges (₺20 and ₺449) be refunded immediately and that any hidden membership linked to my card be permanently canceled. I also want written confirmation that no further withdrawals will take place. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to İş Bank and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
