I recently discovered that Geofind charged my account even though I never signed up for a membership with my phone number. When I checked, the system claimed there was no active subscription under my details, yet money was still being deducted. At first, there was a small charge of ₺20, but afterward, larger unauthorized amounts were taken without any clear explanation or approval.
This is extremely frustrating because I have not actively used the service, yet my account continues to be billed. I attempted to cancel the subscription, but since the system shows no active membership, there is no way for me to stop future withdrawals. I have also not received any proper communication or support to resolve this issue.
I demand a full refund of all unauthorized charges, including the initial ₺20 and subsequent amounts, and the immediate cancellation of any hidden or fraudulent membership linked to my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action.
