Geofind App Secretly Charges Debit Card $13 Monthly for Two Years

Without my knowledge or consent, an app named Geofind has regularly charged $13 from my Garanti BBVA payroll debit card at the end of every month around 7:00 AM for roughly two years. I never received any confirmation code, notification SMS, or email regarding these transactions. I did not knowingly subscribe to this app, nor do I recall entering my card details for it anywhere.

I noticed this situation today after carefully reviewing my account activity and contacted my bank to cancel my payroll card. I also learned through my bank that a refund request could only be submitted for the last six months of deductions. However, as far as I can verify, regular monthly charges of $13 have occurred for the past two years, totaling approximately $308 in unauthorized transactions without my permission or knowledge. I am facing severe financial distress due to the lack of verification messages or additional security steps from the bank regarding these transactions.

The last four digits of my old payroll card are 1214, and I have bank account screenshots of the transactions made through this card, which I can share upon request. I demand the cancellation of all unauthorized charges made by the Geofind app, a full refund of all funds collected from me, and a written explanation regarding these unauthorized transactions.
