Claritycheck Charged My Card Without Subscription Authorization

I would like to file a complaint regarding unauthorized charges made from my Garanti Bank card without my knowledge or permission. Through the Claritycheck application, I only made a payment of approximately $1, and beyond that I never approved any subscription, recurring payment, or membership, nor am I subscribed to the service. However, after this transaction, I noticed that on April 27 an additional charge of approximately $12 was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge.

As soon as I discovered the issue, I immediately contacted my bank and had my card canceled in order to prevent any further unauthorized charges. Despite this, I want to clearly state that I absolutely did not approve this approximately $12 transaction and that the amount was withdrawn from my account without my consent.

I request that Garanti Bank investigate this unauthorized approximately $12 charge made through the Claritycheck application and refund the amount to me as soon as possible.
