Genshin Impact Lag and Low FPS on Android 120Hz Devices

I've been playing Genshin Impact for quite a while now, and I've been dealing with some frustrating lag and low FPS on my Android device, even though it has a 120Hz refresh rate. This problem has been going on for a few months now, and it's completely ruined the game for me.

I've reached out to the game developers several times about this problem, but I haven't heard back from them. I've also given a bunch of troubleshooting steps a shot, but none of them have done the trick.

This issue is really getting on my nerves, it's totally ruining my experience of the game. I kindly ask the game developers to look into this matter and resolve it promptly.
