ReelShort ₱464 Unauthorized GCash Charge

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge related to ReelShort on my GCash account and to request a clear solution. Some time ago, I made a single payment of 10 pesos for ReelShort, believing this to be a one‑time purchase only. I did not agree to any recurring plan or subscription. However, weeks later, on 23 September 2026, a new charge of approximately 464 pesos appeared on my GCash transactions, shown as “ReelShort-525081626, Merchant Transaction number hkpd68tljhmjp0ilw8u.” This transaction was made without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this additional payment, nor did I knowingly activate any recurring subscription with ReelShort, so I consider this charge to be unauthorized and inappropriate. My GCash number linked to this payment is 09162655***. I kindly request that the unauthorized 464‑peso charge be fully refunded, that any ReelShort subscription or recurring payment linked to my account be completely cancelled, and that my GCash account data be removed or blocked so that no further charges can be made in the future. I also request a prompt response and written confirmation that the refund has been processed, the subscription cancelled, and future charges blocked. I expect this situation to be reviewed carefully and resolved as soon as possible, as it has caused me financial concern and inconvenience.
