Missing USDT with No Transaction History in My Gate.io Account
I'm super saddened by Gate.io's bad customer service and shady business methods, they are capable of nothingi I'm sure of it now...I sent USDT from my Gate.io TR account to my Gate.io global account with a gatecode, but the money never got there. When I called customer service for help, they asked for the transaction number or a picture of the screen. I don't have either of those things because the transaction doesn't show up in my records. Even though it's been hours, they still can't figure out how to handle something so easy. I feel like I was tricked out of my money. I would not use Gate.io for any kind of deal, as it is clear that they are not trustworthy or reputable.
