I moved some assets from Binance to Gate.io. At first, I noticed the USD value of my transferred assets on Gate.io, but now it seems to have disappeared.
I've attempted to reach out to Gate.io customer service, but their AI chatbot seems to be consuming my time with unrelated inquiries. Unfortunately, there is no way to get in touch with a real person. I am primarily focused on the location of my funds and the timeline for their availability.
