Missing AGIX Coins on Gate.io, $97 Loss After Failed Conversion to FET

I have been using Gate.io for a while, but my AGIX coins have not been showing up for quite some time. I was informed that they would be converted to FET, but that never happened, and now there’s a loss of around $97 in my balance. I’m extremely concerned and want to know how to resolve this issue. I expect Gate.io to address this immediately and provide clear information on what happened to my coins. Please take action to either restore my funds or complete the conversion as promised. This situation has been very frustrating, and I hope for a quick resolution.
