Missing AGIX Coins on Gate.io, $97 Loss After Failed Conversion to FET

I have been using Gate.io for a while, but my AGIX coins have not been showing up for quite some time. I was informed that they would be converted to FET, but that never happened, and now there’s a loss of around $97 in my balance. I’m extremely concerned and want to know how to resolve this issue.
