GFT Coins Transferred from Binance to Gate.io Missing for Over a Month

About a month ago, I transferred my GFT coins from my Binance account to Gate.io since they were being delisted. However, it has been over a month, and the coins still haven’t appeared in my Gate.io account.

I’ve been contacting customer service weekly, but all they say is to “keep waiting.” This lack of transparency and delayed resolution is extremely frustrating. How much longer am I expected to wait?

I need this issue resolved immediately, and my coins must be credited to my account without further delays. Gate.io needs to take responsibility and provide clear answers. Please fix this as soon as possible—this has already taken far too long.
