I Transferred AVAX to Gate.io but Funds Never Arrived and Support Is Unhelpful
On July 23, 2025, I transferred AVAX from another exchange to my Gate.io account, but the funds have still not arrived—even after two full days. I double-checked multiple times to ensure I used the correct network, and all transfer details were accurate. Despite this, my AVAX is missing, and my Gate.io balance shows no trace of the deposit.
I contacted Gate.io support and explained the issue. They asked me to share the TXID for investigation. However, due to my growing concerns and lack of trust in the platform—especially after seeing suspicious activity reports—I chose not to provide it right away.
I find it unacceptable that such a large crypto exchange fails to process a basic AVAX transfer in a timely manner or provide a secure and transparent resolution. I demand immediate clarification on the status of my missing funds and a verified, safe process for recovering or crediting the AVAX I sent. This situation must be resolved urgently, or I will consider escalating the matter to financial authorities.
