Gate.io Funds Not Refunded Despite Incorrect IBAN

As a Gate.io customer, I encountered an issue with withdrawing funds. On April 2, 2024, while making a withdrawal, I mistakenly entered someone else's IBAN information. As a result, the money did not get deposited into my account. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal should be canceled, and the money refunded to my Gate.io exchange account. I have repeatedly provided screenshots containing the withdrawal time, ID, and IBAN information, but despite numerous emails to customer service and support teams, they have still not refunded my money. The support team claims that the money was deposited into one of my registered accounts, but that's not the case. I demand evidence of which account the funds were sent to, but they refuse to provide it. Moreover, since I entered the wrong IBAN, the money cannot come to me, and it cannot be deposited into the other account either since it belongs to someone else. They have been dragging me along for over a month without taking any action to resolve the issue. I have lost confidence in this platform, where I have never had any issues before, and I am considering trading on other exchanges.
