I Lost Access to My Gate.io Account After Changing Phones


For a long time, I was able to access my Gate.io account without any issues. However, after changing my phone and removing the application from my old device, I completely lost access to my account. The Gate.io application I downloaded on my new Android phone looks different from the one I used previously. When I try to log in through this application, it does not recognize either my email address or my phone number.
Because I am unsure which application is the correct official Gate.io app, I have made numerous login attempts using different methods. Despite this, I have been unable to regain access to my account. I do not remember the exact value of the assets held in the account, but I know that it contains cryptocurrency holdings, and I currently have no way to access them.
This situation has caused significant concern because I am unable to verify my balance, manage my assets, or confirm the security of my account. Since I successfully used the account in the past and only lost access after changing devices, I believe the issue may be related to the login method, application version, or account verification process.
I request that Gate.io review my account using my identity and account information, verify my ownership, and provide clear instructions regarding the correct application and login method that should be used. My goal is not to withdraw or move my assets but simply to regain secure access to my existing account while ensuring that all assets remain safely preserved.
I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this access issue and restoring my ability to log into my Gate.io account.
