I’m trying to change my phone number on Gate.io because I no longer use my old number—it’s been deactivated. I’ve submitted all the required documents and identification proofs, yet my number still hasn’t been updated. As a result, I’ve been unable to make any withdrawals for the past two months.

This situation is completely unacceptable. I’ve followed every step, submitted everything you asked for, and still, there’s no action or progress. Even worse, I can’t speak to a real person—there is no proper support or escalation path. I’m locked out of my funds because of a basic account update issue.

Gate.io, I demand immediate assistance. Let me update my phone number and access the assets I rightfully own. I’ve waited long enough, and your silence is costing me both time and money (₺). You need to respect your users and fix this now—before more people lose confidence in your platform.
