Gate.io Withdrawal Issue -My Funds Not Credited to My Account

I transferred ₺29,000 to my Gate.io account in 2023, but the funds have not been credited. No matter how many tickets I open or how many times I follow up, I have not received any refund or positive response regarding my funds. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, I have not received any favorable feedback.
There is no other exchange that cares so little about its users. I do not consider my rights to be respected in this situation.
