Gate.io Support Unresponsive After Phone Number Update Request
I have an account on the Gate.io exchange registered with the email address er**@gmail.com**. Because my phone number changed, I have been unable to log into this account for about 1.5 years, and there is approximately $1,000 in balance in the account. I still have access to my registered email address, but since my phone number changed, I cannot pass the security verification and therefore cannot access my account.
Not being able to access my own account or use the funds inside it for such a long time has caused me significant inconvenience. I am requesting that Gate.io update the phone number linked to my account after completing the necessary identity and security verifications, restore my access to the account, and enable me to use the balance in my account. Additionally, since I have had difficulty reaching Gate.io’s support team, I ask that I receive a clear and solution-oriented response regarding this issue.
