My Coin Balances on Gate.io Are Displayed Incorrectly and Support Is Unhelpful
All my coins on Gate.io are showing the wrong costs. Some show as zero, others are too high, and a few are way lower than they should be. I’ve contacted live support multiple times and sent several emails, but nothing has been resolved. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance and support from Gate.io. I’m tired of constantly trying to fix this issue with no results. What more do I need to do for this to be corrected? Gate.io, I expect an immediate fix for this problem! This is unacceptable for a platform of this size.
