Gate.io Account Recovery Needed After Two-Factor Authentication Issue

I have been unable to log into my Gate.io account for approximately one year. Two-factor authentication using an Authenticator app is enabled on my account, and during login I am required to enter a code generated by this app. However, I no longer have access to my Authenticator account and therefore cannot generate the required code.
I still have access to the email address and phone number registered on my account, but despite this, I am unable to log in. Because I cannot access my account, I am also unable to see the exact balance in my account or access my assets.
My request to Gate.io is that, after completing identity verification and any other required security checks, my account access be restored. If possible, I also ask that the Authenticator-based login requirement be removed or reset, so that this option is no longer requested during login.
