Garnier Vitamin C Serum Caused Severe Eye Swelling and Allergic Reaction

I started using Garnier Vitamin C Brightening Super Illuminating Serum two days after purchasing it from Watsons. About three hours after applying the product, I first developed redness under my eyes, and then both of my eyes became severely swollen. At that moment, I honestly thought I might lose my eyesight. I believe that a product capable of causing such a strong reaction may not have undergone sufficient pre-market testing, and this situation has affected me very negatively both physically and psychologically.

Due to this serious allergic reaction, I request that all medical expenses that may arise be covered by Garnier.
