Unban My Free Fire Account

Dear Garena Support Team, I am writing this to sincerely apologize for the violation that led to the permanent ban of my account (UID: 1697075315, Nickname: NRV-NICKZ) on November 7th, 2024.I admit that I made a big mistake by using files that modified the game. At that time, I didn't fully realize that these files were considered a severe violation of the Fair Play Policy. I truly regret this action and I have already deleted all such files and third-party apps from my device. This account means a lot to me; I am a loyal player of Free Fire and I promise that this will never happen again. I am willing to accept any other penalty, such as resetting my rank, in exchange for getting my account back. Please give me one last chance to prove that I can be a fair and respectful member of the Free Fire community. Thank you for your time and understanding
