Hacker used cheats on my Garena Free Fire account and caused an ID ban

I am writing regarding the ban applied to my Free Fire account, which I use on an Android phone with Facebook login. On 27/02/2025 my account was suddenly banned and I have not been able to access it since that date. My account was hacked by someone else without my permission. The person who took over my account used cheats/hacks in the game, and shortly afterwards my account received an ID ban. I did not use any illegal programs or cheats myself, and the actions that led to the ban were carried out by the hacker, not by me. I request that my account be thoroughly investigated, including login history and activity records, to see that there was an unauthorized access. I kindly ask you to remove the ban on my account and restore my access, or at least provide a clear explanation and evidence about the reason for the ban.
