I Request Unban Of My Garena Free Fire Account Suspended By Mistake

I am writing about the permanent suspension of my Garena Free Fire account after it was logged in through the Astute Beta FF application by mistake. My main Free Fire ID was accessed via this app, and afterwards the game showed the message that there were abnormal activities with my account and that it had been permanently suspended. This situation happened approximately 9 months ago. I did not intend to use any unfair method or hack on my main account, and the login through Astute Beta FF was an accidental and careless mistake. I have invested a lot of time and effort into this account and I am very upset that it is now permanently banned. I respectfully request a second chance and a review of my account so that the permanent suspension can be removed and I can regain access to my Free Fire account. I promise to follow all rules and not to repeat such a mistake again. I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision and help me recover my account.
