I am writing about a very serious issue with my Free Fire account, which was hacked about three days ago and has left me unable to log in on my Android phone. My account was originally linked to my Gmail, but the hacker changed the linked email address, and since then I have completely lost access to my account.
Over time, I have spent approximately $12,000 on this account for in-game purchases, and losing it in this way is extremely upsetting and unfair. I still have proof related to the account, including purchase and top-up records, as well as other documents that can verify that I am the rightful owner.
I have already contacted Free Fire/Garena support and submitted a request regarding this hacked account, but I have not received any response so far. I am requesting that my case be urgently reviewed, that my ownership be verified using the evidence I can provide, and that my account be fully recovered with the original email access restored so I can use it safely again.
Given the significant amount of money and time I have invested, I expect a prompt and clear response along with full recovery of my hacked account.
