I am writing this to tell you about my experience with Garena Free Fire, and I am very unhappy with how things have been handled. I even had my own account hacked (Player ID: 7043194638) after I joined what I thought was an official beta server, but it turned out to be fake. I told someone about the problem and asked for my account to be protected, but nothing useful has been done yet. It's not fair to put time and money into a game only to have it ruined by unregulated cheats and scams. I thought the company would communicate better and take stronger steps to protect both the community and my account, but instead I've been left with no answers or reassurance.
